A nice & tasty little snack for the summer 🙂
- white chocolate
- icing colors
- baking paper
Wash the strawberries and dry them well with a soft dishtowel (if they’re damp the chocolate will fall off). Use a water bath to melt the chocolate and add some icing color (if you want different colors then start with the brightest one, then you can add darker colors to it later). The colors will be quite bright because of the consistancy of the chocolate.
Dip the strawberries one at the time and put them on baking paper, so they can dry. Place them bottom up if you can. If you place them on a baking sheet or a dish it’ll be easier to move it around.
Continue with all the strawberries and they you can place them in the refrigerator, so the chocolate solidifies quicker.
When the chocolate is solid they are ready to be eaten with joy in the summerheat 🙂
