It is not possible to return digital product files.
If you have trouble downloading the file, then write an e-mail to contact@yaraya.com,  then I’ll write you back as soon as I can.

All product files are test-printet before they are put in the webshop and all files are best shown with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Computers and printers are made differently and the colors may vary, Yaraya are not responsible for small color variations on the prints or if the look of the print is different because they are printet on other paper types than the recommended.

If there should be an error in the file, eg. that it can’t be opened or the design looks wrong, it’s of course covered by the warranty. If this should happen, please mail contact@yaraya.com, then I’ll write you back as soon as I can.
